CHIN Radio collects information on a voluntary basis. The personal information CHIN Radio collects is used almost exclusively for communications purposes and will usually take the form of our CHIN PASSPORT Membership registration, and/or other general information contained in an email (e.g., comments).   Some of the information we ask for is necessary for our on-going endeavours to understand our listeners’ likes and dislikes vis-à-vis radio programming they tune in to.  Contact information given is purely voluntary, but it is required to supply at least an email address, so you can receive a password, and/or be contacted regarding your submission by our CHIN Radio website facilitators.   The email addresses and information collected by CHIN are used strictly for the purpose of replying and responding to emails, contest registration, announcements, and CHIN special event notifications. We do not pass your personal information to third parties.
