Every Saturday night, we take a trip to the Caribbean exclusively on CHIN Radio 100.7FM. A legacy and popular show for over 30 years, the Caribbean Connections can be heard every Saturday night from 9 pm – 12midnight EST on CHIN Radio 100.7FM in Toronto, and worldwide on www.chinradio.com. It features current, vintage and seasonal Calypso and Soca music curated by its legendary host, Jai Ojah Maharaj from 9pm – 10.30pm EST. Along with memorable music and emerging hits, Jai includes interviews and news of interest to the Caribbean community. For its Indo-Caribbean audience, popular Chutney music is curated by the “Wine Down Crew”(10.30pm – 11pm). And finally, from 11pm – 12midnight, the show closes with music curated by the internationally renowned Dr Jay, the Soca Prince. With over 20 years of broadcast experience, get ready to clear the furniture because Dr. Jay’s segment will have you feeling happy and dancing!
